Titan Marine supplied the shape of the bulb and hull as an IGES file.
Bos & Carr Boatbuilders developed the shell plates of the bulb and supplied the cut files for Titan Marine to plasma cut the bulb shell plates and the internal framing and structure.
This process guaranteed that the shell plates were going to fit the frames and girders that had been fabricated on and off the hull.
Titan Marine supplied Bos & Carr Boatbuilders with the cut and primed 8 mm steel plates.
Bos & Carr Boatbuilders pressed all of the plates in the order required by Titan Marine.
